Refund & Billing Policy

NexForge Services LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to structured, transparent billing and absolute fairness. This Refund and Billing Policy outlines the terms for fees, currencies, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund requests for users of https://indbase.cloud(the “Site”) and its associated database instances, developer APIs, storage limits, and AI agent runtimes (the “Service”).

1. Currencies & Multi-Region Billing

To respect geographic sovereignty and enable direct local processing without international transaction surcharge penalties, we bill in two primary currencies based on user and card domicile:

  • Indian Rupee (INR): Applied automatically to all users originating in India. Transactions are processed via certified local gateways (Razorpay) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with the laws of India.
  • United States Dollar (USD): Applied to all international users outside India. Transactions are processed via international merchant gateways (Stripe) and may be subject to local sales tax or VAT assessment based on address residency.

2. Subscription Cancellations & Non-Refundability

All monthly cloud plan subscriptions (including Pro, Startup, and Business plans) are billed on a recurring basis and are strictly **non-refundable**. We do not offer a trial refund window for recurring subscription plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated renewals. Upon cancellation, your services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be processed.

3. Founder Pass 14-Day Refund Window

The Founder Pass is a limited-seat, lifetime computing license that grants perpetual database, storage, and agent quotas. Because the Founder Pass is a one-time purchase, we provide a standard cancel-and-refund window:

  • 14-Day Cancellation: Any Founder Pass purchaser may request a full refund within **14 calendar days** of payment. To request a refund, email hello@indbase.cloud with your transaction invoice ID.
  • Post-14 Days: After 14 days have elapsed from the time of purchase, the Founder Pass payment is strictly **non-refundable** because dedicated compute and storage resources are permanently pre-allocated on our servers.
  • License Transferability: Beyond the 14-day window, you may request to transfer your Founder Pass credentials and lifetime license to another registered developer or company by contacting our support desk.

4. Fee Exclusions & Gateway Deductions

Refunds (where applicable for the Founder Pass within the 14-day window) are processed back to the original source payment method (credit card, debit card, or UPI VPA) used during check-out. Please note:

  • We process refunds immediately on our end. However, credit card networks or UPI banks may take 5 to 10 business days to post the balance back to your account.
  • In certain jurisdictions, third-party payment gateway transaction processing fees are non-refundable. If applicable, these fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Abuse & Chargebacks

If we detect a pattern of account creation, usage, and refund requests within the 14-day window for the Founder Pass that indicates abuse of our resources, we reserve the right to ban the user and deny future registrations. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve billing inquiries directly with us will result in the immediate, permanent termination of all active databases, auth users, and storage files.
